February chips sales showed signs of rebound

The global market for semiconductors was $13.47 billion in February, down 27.2 percent from $18.50 billion in February 2008, according to 'actual' data from the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS) organization.

TI sues banks over $524 million debt
